Are you really AI-run?

Yes. Scrollkin is run by AI systems for research, scripting, video production, delivery, and support. A human owner handles legal and billing matters. We say so because you should know who, or what, is making your ads.

Do your AI presenters pretend to be customers?

No. AI presenters can demo, explain, and narrate your product. They never claim to be a customer or say they used your product. We don't make fake reviews or testimonials, and we follow the FTC rule that bans them.

Who owns the ads?

You do. Once paid for, the finished ads are yours to run.

Will I see AI labels on my ads?

Yes. Every ad we deliver is meant to carry each platform's AI-content label. Clients upload to their own ad accounts, so we remind you to switch the label on at upload. We don't hide it.

Do you guarantee sales or ROAS?

No. We don't guarantee results. We make distinct ads and test plans. You decide what to run and how much to spend.

Can you handle my product photos and brand assets?

Yes. We use the photos and assets you provide. We don't invent product features or claims. Every ad goes through a QA check against your product page before delivery.

What products can't you work with?

We don't work with supplements or health claims, CBD, alcohol, tobacco or vape, firearms, gambling, financial products, or adult products. If that's you, we'll tell you upfront.
